<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, to amend the current policy to
<br />allow for taping [not broadcasting] of ineetings if the maj ority of the
<br />Council approved, or if not, they'd be selected by resume, no

<br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: None.

<br />r�nking of all candidates to staff for compilation with the results to
<br />be returned to the Council for final candidate selection e� [at the
<br />regular meeting ofJ January 8, 2000. Roll Ca11, Ayes: Mastel,

<br />F. Reports And Recommendations
<br />F-1 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, approval of a resolution Resolution 9838
<br />accepting the work completed as the 1999 Park Improvement Accepting �7�IOrk Complete
<br />Project (PIP) as outlined a�ev� [in the Request for Council Action 1999 PIP
<br />Report dated November 27, 2000], starting the one-year warranty
<br />and authorizing final payment of $32,437.63. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None.
<br />F-2 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, t�we [to] approve the attached
<br />service area agreement with Waverider Communications,
<br />Incorporated and upon final review by the City Attorney, to
<br />authorize the Mayor and Acting City Manager to sign the said
