_ A feasibility report will detail the proposed design, neighborhood impact, estimated cost and <br />. proposed funding for the construction of these public improvements. Consistent with Ramsey <br />. County's cost sharing policy, a portion of the street reconstruction costs will be charged to the <br />� City of Roseville. It is the City's policy to assess adjacent property owners for up to 25% of the <br />City of Roseville's cost for County Projects. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACTS <br />� Financing is 60% in place. If the financing does not all fall into place, the project will be pushed <br />� to 2011. The cost for this project is estimated at $25 million dollars.
