The Council has heretofore directed the Village Public <br />v>Iorks Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility <br />of a proposed improvement consisting of the construction of storm <br />sewers and appurtenances in conjunction with Ramsey County and the <br />Minnesota Highway Deparunent on Harnline Avenue front County Road B <br />to County Road B-2, and, on a proposed easement located approximately <br />180 feet west of the centerline of Dellwood Street from the south <br />right-of-\\7ay line of Trunk liigh't'lay ~lo. 36 to approxinately 200 feet <br />south. <br /> <br />The Council also directed the Village Public r~rks Director <br />to determine the estima"ted cost of the improvement, and 'V<1hether <br />such in~rovement should best be made as proposed or in connection <br /> <br />. <br />
