'rhe preliminary report and cost <br />estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and <br />are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office <br />of the village ~anager. The improve~ent proposed to be made in <br />the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Storm <br />Sewer Improvement No. ST"63-24. <br /> <br />2. The Council shall meet at the Village Council Chambers <br />2701 No. Lexington v on October l4v 1968, at 7~30 o'clock p.m. <br />for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed <br />improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of V.innesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, an~ the village manager is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cause notice of the tiu~v place and <br />purpose of that meeting to be published bJice in the official <br />newspaper, Roseville Sun, which pUblications shall be a \\7eek apart, <br />and the second publication shall be not less than three days before <br />the date of the hearing. Pursuant to 1,~.S. 429.031, Subdivision 1, <br />notice shall also be mailed to the owner of each parcel within the <br />area proposed to be assessed not less than 10 days prior to such <br />hearing. <br /> <br />3.
