<br /> <br /> <br />City of Roseville <br />Ethics Commission Meeting Minutes <br />Wednesday, November 04, 2009 <br /> <br />Call to Order: <br />Chairperson Weldon called the m eeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br />LuAnne Pederson, Melissa Weldon, Patrick Schm idt, Margo Fjelstad, David Horsager <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br />None <br /> <br />Others Present: <br />City Manager Bill Malinen, City Attorneys Scott Anderson and Paul Ratwik <br /> <br />Approve Minutes of August 12, 2009: <br />Horsager moved, Schmidt seconded, approva l of the minutes of the August 12, 2009. <br />Ayes all. <br /> <br />Review 2009 Annual Ethics Training Session: <br />Malinen distributed Ethics s cenario ideas from staff. <br />Ratwik noted the training will use scenarios wi th plausible answers to the scenarios. In <br />this way, discussions can be focused on why s cenarios are or are not correct – there will <br />be opportunities for discussion and questions. <br /> <br />Discuss Ethics Update Newsletter: <br />The next Update will be base d on the training session. Fjelst ad will take the lead on the <br />next edition. <br /> <br />2010 Meeting Schedule: <br />Horsager moved, Fjelstad seconded, approval of the 2010 meeting schedule: February <br />10; May 12; August 11; November 10 (second Wednesdays).
