RECEI VE TH E FEASI BI LI TY REPORT FOR TH E RI CE STREET/ TH 36 BRI DGE RECONSTRUCTI ON PROJECT AND ORDER PUBLI C H EARI NG FOR I M PROVEM ENT B E I T RESOLV ED by the Ci ty Counci I of the City of Rosevi I I e, as fol I ows: WH EREAS, pursuant to resol uti on of the Counci I adopted December 21, 2009, a report has been prepared by the City Engi neer with referenceto the improvement of the Rice Street/ TH 36 Bridge Reconstructi on Proj ect and, 24 WH EREAS, the report provi des i nformati on regardi ng wh�her the proposed proj ect i s necessar�y, cost 25 effective, and fe�asible; whether it should best bemadeasproposed or in connectionwith someother 26 i mprovement; the esti mated cost of the i mprovement as recommended; and a descri pti on of the 27 me�hodology used to calculate individual assessrnentsfor affected parcels. 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 37 38 39 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, M I NNESOTA, asfollows: 1. The City Counci I wi I I consider the i mprovement of such stre�s i n accordance with the report and the �ment of abutti ng property for al I or a porti on of the cost of the i mprovement pursuant to M i nnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an esti mated total cost of the i mprovement of $28,700,000. 2.
