Meanwhile I hadn't finished paying down the full amount of the <br />three previous expenditures, all of which went on credit <br />cards, as did the air-conditioning. The grand total came to ~ <br />$11,000.00 which I've been trying to pay off, albeit slowly; the <br />service charges keep adding up. The $3600 replacement cost for <br />the AC is my responsibility, as is the interest on the credit cards, <br />which to date has totaled over $1500 and continues to climb as <br />long as I can't afford to pay the cards off in full. That leaves a <br />$6600, before interest, which I"m having difficulty digesting.
