Our government is
neglecting homeless people and I think that we should change that.
Yau have the right to have whatever you need so that you and your family: do not
fall ill; go hungry; have clothes and a house... Many peaple withot a place to stay are
ili, going hungry, dan't have decent clothes, and, obviosly, dan't have a hause.
Homeless peaple are entitled to all these things but ferv actually have the chance to take
advantage of this Right. I think our government needs to change and help these people in
their times of need.
Athough our government doesn't do mucl for the homeless people of our
eauntry, many organizations do. Some give hot meals to the hungry, others pravide
shelter and a place to sleep overnighi. Some organizations even nelp people find a job or
a house. I think that helping homeless people, whether it's giving them food or a job, is
very important not just to ihem ut aiso to us. It gives us hope that someday we'I1 live in
a world where everyone has a place to call home.
In this world, the Universal Iecaration of Human Rights has had a huge impact
on how our worldwide community functions. Iope that someday, every right that is
listed on this Bill can e followed by each and every hurnan being. This woul make our
world sae, fair and free from ciscrimination, bullying, and hamelessness for all of us.
