Tn addition there were several retaining walls which were part of �his project. The <br />street was not Iowered. We do not believe the project had anything to do with yo�r froze�� sewer <br />service line. <br />Yaur sewer ser�ice ties in to a large main owned hy tf�e Metrapolitan Co�ncil. During the <br />proj•�ct the �ity� :otic�d ;��u� �ri:���e ��r�:ce was sh�allo�u se the� ?r.s�ilate�. aver ��ur �ervice in an <br />attempt to provide protection for you from this type of oecurrence. Dua-ing �e 2�Q6/2007 <br />winter there was very little snow cover to act as a protectian and additional insulation of your <br />private line.
