Se� if you don't agree. > The first was the replacement of my mai�box which was knocked down in Nov�:mber of 2Q06 by a schooi bus, as witnessed by one of my neighbors, cvsting me a total o� $297 to r�place according to requirem�n�s o� the U.S. Postal Service and the City o� RosevilE�: $97 for the new mailbox and pole; $200 to have it ir�stalled. > {Enclosurel) > The second invc�l�ed the removal of a diseased elm tree from my proper�y, also in lat� 20Q6, for $1800. � cot�ld've had done it for considerably less, but was required to contract with one of tn� authorized services on the list proWid�d to me by the City of Roseville. (Enclosure�) > The th�rd, and by far the biggest, was the ZOOi repair of the fro�en water main coming into my house from under McCarrons Bouievard South, and damage to/loss of personal property. As you may recall, February of 2007 was the coldest r�corded in �wo d�cades, resulting in the public sewer main freezing and backing up into my basement. I know I wasn't alone; I saw a number of City and pr�va�e sector vehicles repairing similar problem5 around the neighborhood d�ring �his time. > The freeze occurred in an area of McCar�ons Boule�ard where the City/County !�later District low�red the roadbed in the late 1990's in an attempt to raise the ievel af the lake.
