Planning Commission Meeting <br />Minutes – Wednesday, January 07, 2009 <br />Page 9 <br />Commissioners to participate in Government Training Services (GTS) courses if they had <br />yet to do so to keep current and refresh their thought processes. <br />Mr. Trudgeon advised that, as time allowed on monthly agendas, experts could be <br />brought in to provide additional information to the Commission on various and specific <br />issues (e.g., “Complete Streets). <br />Commissioners encouraged staff to provide relevant information, whether through <br />websites, videos, or other information, items that may be of interest and/or education for <br />commissioners outside the meeting format on their own time. <br />6. Adjourn <br />Chair Bakeman adjourned the meeting at approximately 8:34 p.m. <br />
