Planning Commission Meeting <br />Minutes – Wednesday, November 04, 2009 <br />Page 16 <br />Chair Doherty closed the Public Hearing at 9:18 p.m.; no one appeared for or <br />against. <br />MOTION <br />Member Wozniak moved, seconded by Member Doherty to RECOMMEND <br />TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL of the VACATION of the former public <br />roadway right-of-way easement described in document 1795426 or book <br />2275, page 978 of the Ramsey County Recorder’s Office; based on the <br />comments of Sections 4 of the project report dated November 4, 2009. <br />Ayes: 6 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />Mr. Paschke noted that the case was scheduled to be heard by the City Council <br />at their November 9, 2009 meeting. <br />6. Other Business <br />City Planner Thomas Paschke presented the proposed 2010 schedule of regular <br />Variance Board and Planning Commission meetings on the first Wednesday of each <br />month as detailed in the staff report dated November 4, 2009. Mr. Paschke alerted <br />Commissioners to the potential need to augment that schedule with additional meetings <br />pertaining to the Zoning Code revision process. <br />MOTION <br />Member Doherty moved, seconded by Member Best to confirm the regular <br />Planning Commission and Variance Board meeting dates for 2010, as presented in <br />the November 4, 2009 Request for Planning Commission Action. <br />Ayes: 6 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />7. Adjourn <br />Chair Doherty adjourned the meeting at approximately 9:22 p.m. <br />
