<br />WHEREAS it appears that <br />St. Paul <br /> <br />Beatson & Kelly of <br />is the lowest responsible bidder, <br /> <br />at the tabulated price of _217.697.50 j <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village CounGil of the Village <br />of Roseville, Minnesota: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into a c;:ontract with Beatson & Kelly for <br />$ 217,697.50 in the name of the Village of <br />Roseville for Sanitary Sewer Improvement mo. 3, Project No.4, <br />according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore <br />approved by the Village Council and on file in the office of the <br />Village Clerk <br />2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids <br />except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest <br />bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed. <br />The motion was seconded by Trustee Carlson _ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor there~f: <br />and the following voted against: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
