<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />1t__ - <br /> <br />RESOLUTJ.ON <br /> <br />~::r3 :3 ,j <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to agreement between the Village of Roseville <br />and the City of Saint Paul, the Village of Roseville now discharges <br />sanitary sewage into the sanitary sewer system of the City of Saint <br />Paul, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Arden Hills, has, by Resolution, <br />requested permission from the Village of Roseville and the City of <br />Saint Paul to connect to the Roseville sanitary sewer system at <br />appropriate points and discharge into the Roseville sanitary sewer <br />system and eventually into the Saint Paul sewer system, sanitary <br />sewage from the areas in the Village of Arden Hills, as follows, to <br />wit: <br /> <br />.... <br /> <br />Commencing at a point on the south line of the Village <br />of Arden Hills, said point being the SW corner of the <br />E~ of the E~ of Section 33, Township 30, Range 23; thence <br />northerly along the west line of said ~ of E~ to the <br />north line of said Section 33: thence northerly along <br />the west line of the S~ of the S~ of Section 28, <br />Township 30, Range 23, approximately 670 feet to the <br />center line of the Minneapolis, St. Paul and Sault Ste. <br />Marie Railway Company's right of way; thence easterly <br />along the center line of said Minneapolis, St. Paul and <br />Sault Ste. Marie Railway Company's right of way approxi- <br />mately 2060 feet to the center line of S.T.H. No. 10 as <br />it now exists: thence northwesterly along the center line <br />of said S.T.H. No. 10 as it now exists approximately 1400 <br />feet to a point on the east line of Section 28, Township <br />30, Range 23: thence northerly along the east line of <br />said Section 28 approximately 3100 feet to the northeast <br />corner of said Section 28: thence northerly along the <br />east line of Section 21, Township 30, Range 23, approxi- <br />mately 480 feet to the south right of way line of S.T.H. <br />No. 100-212: thence westerly along said south right of <br />way line approximately 2700 feet to the east line of the <br />SW~ of said Section 21: thence southerly along the east <br />line of said SW~ of said Section 21 approximately 580 feet <br />to a point on the north line of aforesaid Section 28: thence <br />westerly along the north line of said Section 28 2639.0 feet <br />
