NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, that it requests the City of Saint Paul to take appro- priate action by its City Council to amend the Saint Paul Ordinance or Ordinances in such a manner so as to allow the Village of Roseville to permit the Village of Arden Hills to connect its sanitary sewage system to and discharge into the sanitary sewer system of the Village of Roseville, for the purpose of providing sanitary sewer disposal for the aforesaid areas within the Village of Arden Hills, and which sanitary sewage will ultimately be discharged into the Saint Paul sanitary sewer system. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that certified copies of this Resolution be forwarded to Honorable Adrian P. Winkel, Commissioner of Public Works of the City of Saint Paul and to the Clerk of the Village of Arden Hills.
