WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has heretofore approved and adopted a plan for the construction, maintenance and operation of a sanitary sewer system, and, WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Roseville has, by proper proceedings, determined the need for certain locations of underground sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to be installed, maintained and operated within the plan adopted, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville needs to acquire permanent easements for the construction, main- tenance and operation of sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to an approximate depth of 10 to 19 feet over and across a strip of land hereinafter described as "Tract I.", and to an approximate depth of 6 to 10 feet over and across a strip of land hereinafter described as "Tract II.", together with ingress and egress over and through the following described lands in Ramsey County, Minnesota, under its powers of eminent domain: TRACT I. The Easterly 30 feet of the westerly 310 feet of the Northerly 725 feet of the Southerly 1055 feet and the Northerly 30 feet of the Southerly 1055 feet of the westerly 280 feet of the NE~ of the SW~ of Section 3, Township 29, Range 23: except the following: Commencing at the SE corner of the NE~ of the SW~ of Section 3, Township 29, Range 23, thence West 793 feet to a point on the south line of said NE~ as the point of beginning, thence north parallel with the East line of said NE~ 165 feet: thence west parallel with the South line of said NE~ 100 feet: thence south 165 feet to the South line of said NE~, thence east 100 feet to point of beginning: and except the south 300 feet of the East 623 feet of the NE\ of the SW~ of Section 3, Township 29, Range 23: also except the East 400 feet of the North 500 feet of the South 860 feet of the E~ of the NE~ of the SW~ of Section 3, Township 29, Range 23.
