<br />TRACT II. <br /> <br />An easement 20 feet in width lying within the <br />NE\ of SW\ of Section 3, Township 29,Range 23, <br />described as follows: Commencing at a point on <br />the South line of the NE~ of the SW~ of Section 3, <br />Township 29, Range 23, said point being 978 feet <br />west of the Southeast corner of said NE~: thence <br />North parallel with the East line of said NE~ <br />165 feet; thence North 60 30' East 170 feet to <br />a point, said point being 330 feet north of the <br />south line of said NE~ and 959 feet West of the <br />East line of said NE~. <br /> <br />RESOLVED further, that Beldin H.
