Roseville HRA Executive Director Quarterly Report <br />October - December 2006 <br /> <br /> <br />Executive Director 4 th Quarter Highlights: <br /> <br />A significant amount of time in the fourth quarter of 2006 was spent on HRA program <br />development with research and review of a housing improvement area for a town home <br />complex in Roseville as well as renovation fina ncing for Har Mar Apartments. In addition, 51 <br />hours was spent on the HRA meetings and meeting preparation (report preparation, research, <br />phone calls, attending meetings). The HRA Exec utive prepared a final Housing Link for 2006, <br />facilitated approval of a Housing Redesign Application, participated in the Vision 2025 <br />meetings and finalized the Citizen Advisory Group’s recommendation and pubic hearing for <br />rental housing which will be forwarded to the Ci ty Council for consideration in January 2007. <br /> <br />There are still only three homes purchased un der the SHRP program. Two are currently for <br />sale and one has not been renovated yet. Ther efore, there is no outlay of funding from the <br />HRA until the homes are sold. An increased marketing effort will be pursued in the first <br />quarter of 2007 to sell the two homes that are on the market. <br /> <br />The home & garden fair planning is in full sw ing and contracted employee Patti Sullivan spent <br />94 hours on the administration of the fair. Cu rrently the fair space is almost full with 66 <br />exhibitors with only 6 booth left to sell for a full show again in 2007. <br /> <br />Staff facilitated 1 loan satisfactions from the Ro seville loan pool.
