RHRA_ Consent for financial and staff services (02-20-07) - Page 1 of 1 <br />REQUEST FOR HRA ACTION <br /> <br />Date: 2 -20-07 <br />Item No: 6.a. <br />Staff Approval: Agenda Section: <br /> CB Consent Items Item Description: Approval of financial serv ice fee transfer of funds for February 2007 <br /> (HF0056) <br />1.0 Requested Action <br /> <br />Approve, by consent, the transfer of HRA funds to City of Roseville for financial service per <br />contract requirements for February 2007. <br /> <br />2.0 Background <br /> <br />2.1 The Contract for Financial Services is for a total of $3,400 or 5% of the HRA total <br />administrative Budget for 2007 of $68,250. The fee is prorated monthly with a transfer <br />of funds after approval by the HRA. Th e total monthly fee is $283.33.
