5 <br />Member Pust noted that there was a long discussion regarding many of the issues but she felt that <br />the CAG should continue to be involved in what is brought forward regarding the rental <br />registration ordinance as well as the enforcemen t issues since they were involved in the <br />background on the issues. <br /> <br />Chair Majerus noted that on the parking issu e the City Council recommended that the Planning <br />Commission and Transportation Commission work on this item and suggested that the Executive <br />Director relay this message to the Chairs of those commissions. <br /> <br />b. Discussion of 2007 Work Plan and Priority Action Steps <br /> <br />Chair Majerus recommended that direction regard ing the 2007 work plan be continued until staff <br />options have been determined. <br /> <br />c. Update on 2007 Home & Garden Fair <br /> <br />Chair Majerus noted that the sign up sheet for cove rage of the Home & Garden Fair this Saturday <br />on February 24, 2007 is attached. Member Masch e noted that he would move to the 2:00 p.m. <br />time to ensure full coverage. <br /> <br />d. Board & Staff Reports <br /> <br />Mr. Stark reported on the Disclosure of Financial Interest document that was mailed to all HRA <br />members and requested that the HRA members comp lete and return to City Hall. The document <br />is a requirement for all city officials and th e HRA members are considered City Officials. <br /> <br />Mr. Stark mentioned that the single family lot sp lit issue is being spearheaded by the Planning <br />Commission along with 4 outside resident members. The Planning Commission would also like <br />the involvement of the HRA on this study. Meeti ngs will be held in March and April. Member <br />Kelsey volunteered to be the HRA contact for the study sessions. <br /> <br />10. Adjourn 8:10 p.m.
