<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE HOUSING & <br />REDEVELOPMENT AUTHRORITY, IN AND FOR THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, RAM SEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeti ng of the Housing & Redevelopment Authority, in <br />and for the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at <br />2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Tuesday, the 20 th day of March, 2007, at 7:00 <br />p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following members were absent: Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. <br />RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION FOR <br />SPONSORS AND VOLUNTEERS OF THE <br /> 2007 HOME AND GARDEN FAIR WHEREAS, the Roseville HRA encourages communi ty participation in city-wide events <br />and welcomes the participation and leadersh ip of volunteers at such events; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Roseville since 1997 has sponsored the Home and Garden Fair <br />as a means of encouraging home reinvestment in the community; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Home and Garden Fair has become increasingly popular with the vital <br />participation of Fair Sponsors and Volunteers; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 24, 2007 the 11 th annual Home and Garden Fair was <br />successfully held with the participation of 75 exhibi tors and 900 visitors to the Fair (within a five- <br />hour period). <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the HRA Board of Commissioners <br />hereby acknowledges and wishes to express their a ppreciation to the Sponsors, Home and Garden <br />Fair Committee and various volunteers who successfully planned and implemented all the <br />activities to assure the Fair’s success. <br /> <br /> Private Sponsors: <br /> Kath Heating, A/C & Electric <br /> Linder’s Greenhouses <br /> Renewal by Andersen <br /> Members of the Home and Garden Fair Coordinating Committee: <br /> Julia Heath, Lillie Suburban Newspapers <br /> Shirley Friberg, Community Volunteer <br /> Polly Heaton, Fairview Community Center <br /> Lynnae LeBarron, Roseville Area Senior Program <br /> Jeff Evenson, Roseville Parks & Recreation <br /> Tim Pratt, Roseville Administration <br /> Patti Sullivan, HRA Fair Coordinator <br /> <br />and the many other volunteers who contribut ed to the 2007 Home and Garden Fair: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
