HOUSING & REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />IN AND FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />THIS IS AN AMENDED AGREEMENT entered into the _ day of January, 2008 by <br />and between the Housing & Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the HRA, and Short Elliot Hendrickson Assoc., Inc. a <br />corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred <br />to as SEH <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the HRA desires to contract with the SEH to support the undertakings of <br />the HRA on a month to month basis beginning December 10, 2007. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto do mutually agree as follows: <br />I. Scope of Services. SEH shall perform necessary and requested services relating to <br />the actions and activities of the HRA on an as needed basis as outlined below: <br />A. Provide day-to-day management of the HRA actions and activities; <br />B. Oversee the planning, direction and implementation of HRA policies and plans; <br />C. Manage housing programs and existing obligations including the HRA budget; <br />D. Monitor and manage HRA contract obligations including programs and services of <br />the Housing Resource Center and the Senior Housing Regeneration Program; <br />E. Prepare agenda, minutes, reports, resolutions and other support information in <br />preparation of ineetings of the HRA and attend all HRA monthly and special Board <br />F. <br />G. <br />H. <br />I. <br />J. <br />K. <br />L. <br />meetings; <br />Prepare and monitor information affecting the HRA on the City web page; <br />Conduct research related to housing issues at the request of the HRA; <br />Conduct public relations activities for the housing programs and activities of the <br />HRA; <br />Present the HRA with an annual work plan outlining the coming years goals and <br />desired outcomes; <br />Prepare quarterly report of executive director time spent on HRA business; <br />Manage and facilitate the annual Roseville Home and Garden Fair, and <br />Other actions requested by the HRA Board. <br />II. Term. This agreement shall be effective upon the approval of the HRA Board of <br />Directors and shall continue on a month to month basis until terminated by either party upon 30- <br />day written notice. <br />III. Compensation. Michael Darrow shall serve as the principal consultant to the HRA. <br />The fees for the Consultant's services will be billed on an hourly basis at $60.00 per hour for <br />
