V. Assi n� ment. This agreement shall not be assigned, sublet, or transferred by the City <br />or the HRA without written consent of the other party and a minimum of 30 days notice in <br />writing by the City. <br />VI. Conflict of Interest. The City agrees to immediately inform, by written notice, to the <br />HRA Chair, possible contractual conflicts of interest in representing the HRA for staff services. <br />Conflicts of interest may be grounds for termination of this Agreement. <br />VII. Termination: This agreement may be terminated by a majority vote of either party <br />and for any cause upon 30-day written notice. <br />VIII. Notices. All notices to be given hereunder shall be in writing and shall be <br />deemed given the earlier of receipt or three (3) business days after deposit in the United States <br />Mail, postage prepaid, addressed to: <br />A.
