Mr. Trudgeon noted that, in light of Ms. Kelsey's resignation from the board, the HRA <br />will elect a new Vice Chair at their April meeting. Mr. Trudgeon asked for a volunteer to <br />serve on the Comprehensive Plan Update Steering Committee as Ms. Kelsey can no <br />longer served on that committee in her role as Housing Program Coordinator. Ms. Pust <br />agreed to serve on the committee and noted that the Comprehensive Plan Update Open <br />House will be held on March 27. <br />Mr. Trudgeon brought to the board's attention a memo from Don Munson, Permit <br />Coordinator, detailing expenditures for 2007 in the amount of $286.16 from funds <br />provided by the HRA to assist with abatements. Mr. Trudgeon noted that the City <br />Council passed the Rental Registration Ordinance at their April 14 meeting. <br />Mr. Trudgeon noted that the HRA would need to amend their bylaws to change the HRA <br />meeting time from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mr. Trudgeon indicated that HRA can amend <br />their bylaws at their April meeting. <br />Adjournment <br />The meeting was adjourned at 8:28 p.m. <br />
