9. Information Reports & Other Business (Verbal Reports by Staff and Board Members): <br />a. Board and Staff Reports <br />Ms. Kelsey provided the board with a copy of the Housing Resource Center brochure which will be sent <br />home with children in the Roseville School District in the upcoming week. <br />Ms. Kelsey noted that GMHC will present on foreclosure prevention at the June RHRA meeting and <br />Minnesota GreenStar will present at the July RHRA meeting. <br />Ms. Kelsey informed the board that the Minnesota Home Ownership Center will hold a workshop for <br />first time homebuyers on June 12 at the Roseville Library. <br />Ms. Kelsey updated the board on the status of the Westwood Village I Housing Improvement Area. Ms. <br />Kelsey indicated that the item may be ready to go before City Council in July. <br />Ms. Kelsey noted that she will attend the Green by Design conference and will report back to the board at <br />its June meeting. <br />Mr. Trudgeon noted that the City Council interviewed RHRA applicants at its May 19 meeting and a <br />decision is expected to be made at the June 9 City Council meeting. Mr. Trudgeon noted that he and Ms. <br />Kelsey have been working on the Housing Chapter of Comprehensive Plan and they hope to bring a draft <br />of the chapter to the June RHRA meeting. <br />Member Masche suggested a name for Neighborhood Enhancement Program: "Roseville Blooms". <br />10.
