Affordable Homes Conference October 21-22 <br />Ms. Kelsey expressed to the board that she found the Affordable Homes Conference to be a valuable <br />resource. Member Elkins noted that the conference tries to reach all segments of the industry, including <br />lenders, realtors and non-profits. Member Elkins noted that FHA and rehab loans were of particular <br />interest in light of the current housing market. <br />Realtor Workshop December 4 12:00-1:30 pm <br />Ms. Kelsey noted that a mailing advertising the workshop went to real estate agents working in the <br />Roseville, Lauderdale and Falcon Heights areas. <br />Multi Family Loan Program Update <br />Ms. Kelsey provided the board with an informational brochure which will be used to market the Multi <br />Family Loan Program.
