Acceptance of Abatement Reports for November and December <br />Motion: Member Maschka moved, seconded by Member Pust to approve the Consent Agenda <br />as presented. <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />b. Consideration of the Hiring of the RHRA Attorney <br />Executive Director Trudgeon advised that the selecrion committee had interviewed four (4) <br />firms to provide attorney services to the HRA Mr. Trudgeon noted that all firms were well- <br />qualified, and that it had been a difficult decision. Mr. Trudgeon advised that the attorney <br />would not attend each meeting of the HRA, but would be on-call as needed for HRA-related <br />issues and meering attendance. Mr. Trudgeon also noted that the attorney would be available <br />
