Primarily this study will help <br />guide the community with future proposed housing developments. <br />Note: We are not looking for a voluminous report but rather quality findings and useful <br />information. <br />Requested Information <br />All firms who submit a response to this request should provide 4 printed copies of the <br />proposal addressing the following items. <br />1. Description and biography of your firm. <br />2. E-mail address of contact person for this proj ect. <br />3. Past experience with housing studies including references and contact <br />information. <br />4. A complete list of all relevant work performed for public entities and contract <br />price (past two years). <br />5. A list of work performed that employed innovative strategies or techniques. <br />6. Service delivery experience and analysis strategy. <br />7. Description or outline of the planning approach to be used by your firm. <br />8. Proposed timeframe for completion of the study and reporting the results to <br />the RHRA. <br />9. A detailed plan of costs and pricing data is required for the proposed scope of <br />work to complete the market study. <br />The RHRA staff will review and rank submittals. All material submitted in response to <br />this RFP will remain the responsibility of the consultant. <br />Deadline of RFP <br />All Requests for Proposal (RFP) must be received no later than Thursday Apri130, 2009 <br />at 4:00 P.M The RFP may be delivered, mailed or sent by courier services. No faxes or <br />emails will be accepted.
