Chair Maschka asked that staff scan the Strategic Plan and e-mail a copy to individual members, who would in turn review the Strategic Plan, and come to the Strategic Planning meeting prepared to discuss any items that may be missing, and their comments on specifics of the Plan. Outcome of Realtor Day, June 11, 2009 Ms. Kelsey provided a summary of the first Realtor Day ' Ro ville, with forry (40) realtors in attendance; providing excellent comments and elici t enthusiasm from them in selling in Roseville. Ms. Kelsey noted that the day would � t have been as successful without the full cooperarion of all the �� ents, and Roseville School District No. 623 representatives. Ms. Kelsey noted th t�� values in Roseville, compared to surrounding metropolitan communiti fro 8, making property purchase in Roseville a solid investment. Foreclosu�,Update in Roseville Mr. Trud n noted that foreclosure numbers seemed to be riiiuiing somewhat ahead of those in 2008 , ut not significantly; following the huge spike seen at the beginning of 2009. Mr. �,tud�on noted some clusters that staff was paying close attenrion to, without any obvious �� s' of concern based on available data. c. ' Joint HRA/City Council Meeting on July 13, 2009 Members and staff discussed the upcoming joint meering, noting those items for focus, including highlighting accomplishments over the past year; specific notarion of the marketing materials; and more discussion of a draft of the upcoming City newsletter article specific to the HRA page, featuring a service provider in the community each rime; and how to consider ongoing informarion, consistency, and/or relevancy for topics.
