Mr. Trudgeon advised that it <br />was staff's inte have �T �`�t��l �udget available for the August 31, 2009 meeting for con- <br />sidered recomrrf�� io the City Council for Preliminary 2010 Budget timelines. <br />At the sug��stion o � Maschka, Mr. Trudgeon reviewed the status of the Comprehensive <br />Plan " '�ropol uncil for technical review; and reviewed specific goals and policies <br />of, lan a �ing ho ing and neighborhoods, and specific to the mission of the HRA. <br />mbers and st�f noted the similarity of the Plan's goals and policies and those of the HRA Stra- <br />ic Plan, with�e possible exception of Goal 3 of the Comprehensive Plan in the HRA Strategic <br />Mr. reviewed the 2009 Work Plan with the majority of the goals completed or ongoing, <br />and V ew initiatives remaining for 2010. Mr. Trudgeon noted that much had been accom- <br />plished, and that it was now time to recalibrate expectations. <br />3) Reaffirmation of existing Strategic Plan Goals and Policies: Still relevant? Need changes? <br />Consistent with Comp Plan goals and policies? New ideas? <br />Members reviewed each goal, and its specific policies, of the HRA Strategic Plan 2008-2012. <br />Discussion included the need to provide single-family homes and/or rentals for blue-collar work- <br />ers; home equity considerations; providing a link to seniors moving from single-family homes and <br />young families as first time homebuyers in those homes; Ms. Kelsey's previously-expressed con- <br />
