Ms. McQuillan noted that this <br />would eliminate another stop light along Rice Street. Ms. McQuillan advised that Ramsey <br />County would acquire the properry from the Minnesota Department of Transportation <br />(MnDO'1�, ulrimately turning back the properry to the City. <br />
