Ms. Kelsey advised that there were no substanrial <br />changes„, � om the previous draft; and advised that the completed final version, which was quite <br />'' e�'`'` �e and not all included in tonight's packet materials, would be made available in its <br />�� �����ty to the HRA in the near future. Ms. Kelsey advised that the document, with acceptance <br />the HRA, would be put on the City's website for use within the community. <br />Ms. Kelsey, following a more ea�tensive analysis and discussions between Maxfield <br />representatives and staff, provided some conclusions and summary informarion to the HRA for <br />their consideration and awareness. Excerpts of that summary information was included in the <br />packet, and included community demographics as they related to senior housing available, <br />needs and types; adequate senior housing at the market rate and congregate care/independent <br />living unril 2013 of 2014; a slight need for additional memory care or assisted living in the <br />near future, but nothing to indicate the need for a major development lack of project-based <br />
