<br />Housing & Redevelopment Authority <br />Roseville City Hall Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Minutes – Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. <br />1.Call to Order <br />Chair Majerus called to order the regular meeting of the Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) in <br />and for the City of Roseville at 5:00 p.m. <br />2.Roll Call <br />Present: <br />Members Dean Maschka, Michael Tracy, Bill Masche; and Chair Majerus; with <br />Member Tammy Pust arriving shortly after the meeting began. <br />Absent: <br /> Members Susan Elkins; and Josh Fuhrman <br />Staff Present: <br /> Executive Director Pat Trudgeon; Housing Program Coordinator Jeanne Kelsey <br />3.Approval of Minutes <br />Motion: Member Tracy moved, seconded by Member Maschka to approve the minutes of the <br />November 18, 2008 meeting. <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />4.Announcements, Agenda Adjustments, Correspondence, and Comments <br />None. <br />5.Community/Citizen Comments <br />None. <br />6.Consent Agenda <br />a.Adoption of contract for fiscal and staff services between the HRA and the City of Roseville <br />for 2009 (HR0080) <br />Approve the Service Contract with the City of Roseville for providing financial and accounting <br />o <br />services at five percent (5%) of the current HRA Administrative Budget of $5,075, prorated <br />quarterly for 2009. <br />Approve Service Contract with the City of Roseville for administrative staff support services <br />o <br />for $13,675, prorated monthly for 2009. <br />Approve Service Contract with the City of Roseville for staff services (Housing Program <br />o <br />Coordinator) for $60,707, prorated quarterly for 2009. <br />b.Adoption of contract for Executive Director services between the HRA and the City of <br />Roseville for 2009 (HR0080) <br />Approve the Service Contract with the City of Roseville for providing the Community <br />o <br />Development Director to serve as the RHRA Executive Director for $17,981.00, prorated <br />quarterly for 2009. <br />Approve the transfer of $17,082 from the RHRA Fund to the Roseville Community <br />o <br />Development Fund for services of the RHRA Executive Director in 2008. <br />c.Adoption of Contract for Housing Resource Center Services for 2009 <br />Approve Consultant Services Contract with the Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation <br />o <br />(GMHC) for the Housing Resource Center in 2009, with the service fee of $30,000 for 2009. <br />d.Adoption of 2009 Calendar of Regularly Scheduled HRA Meetings <br />Approve the 2009 calendar of regularly scheduled HRA meetings as presented. <br />o <br />e.Acceptance of HRC Monthly Reports for November and December 2008 <br /> <br />
