<br /> <br />Housing & Redevelopment Authority <br /> <br /> <br />Roseville City Hall Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />  <br />Minutes – Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />  <br /> <br />1.Call to Order <br /> <br />Chair Maschka called to order the regular meeting of the Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) <br /> <br />in and for the City of Roseville at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />2, Roll Call <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Present: <br />Members Bill Majerus, Susan Elkins; Bill Masche; Michael Tracy, Josh Fuhrman; <br /> <br />  <br />and Chair Maschka; with Member Tammy Pust arriving at approximately 6:10 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />  <br />Absent: <br /> None. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> Executive Director Pat Trudgeon; Housing Program Coordinator Jeanne Kelsey <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />3.Approval of Minutes <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Motion: Member Masche moved, seconded by Member Elkins to approve the minutes of the <br /> <br /> <br />February 17, 2009 meeting as presented. <br />  <br /> <br /> <br />Ayes: 6 <br />  <br />Nays: 0 <br />  <br />Motion carried. <br />  <br />  <br />4.Announcements, Agenda Adjustments, Correspondence, and Comments <br />  <br />  <br />5.Community/Citizen Comments <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />  <br />6.Consent Agenda <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Executive Director Patrick Trudgeon briefly reviewed Consent Agenda items. <br /> <br />  <br /> <br /> <br />a.Approval of transfer of funds for financial fee per approved contract with the City of Roseville for <br /> <br /> <br />January, February and March of 2009 <br /> <br /> <br />b.Approval of transfer of funds for administrative and staff service fees per approved contract for <br /> <br /> <br />January, February, and March of 2009 <br /> <br /> <br />c.Acceptance of HRC Monthly Report for February of 2009 <br /> <br /> <br />d.Acceptance of Abatement Reports for February of 2009 <br /> <br /> <br />  <br />Discussion included how abatements are tracked and funds cycled back into applicable funds; <br /> <br /> <br />future quarterly financial updates from staff anticipated at the May 2009 meeting; and identification <br />  <br />of abatements as assessments on property tax statements. <br />  <br />  <br />Motion: Member Masche moved, seconded by Member Majerus to approve the Consent Agenda <br />  <br />as presented. <br />  <br />  <br />Ayes: 7 <br /> <br /> <br />Nays: 0 <br /> <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br />  <br /> <br /> <br />7.Public Hearings <br />  <br />None. <br /> <br /> <br />
