Call <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Present: <br />Members Bill Masche, Michael Tracy, Susan Elkins, Josh Furhnam; and Chair <br /> <br />  <br />Maschka; with Councilmember Tammy Pust arriving shortly after the meeting began. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />  <br />Absent: <br /> Member Majerus. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> Executive Director Pat Trudgeon; and Economic Development Associate Jamie <br /> <br /> <br />Radel. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />3.
