Member Pust noted that there was a long discussion regarding many of the issues but she felt that <br />the CAG should continue to be involved in what is brought forward regarding the rental <br />registration ordinance as well as the enforcement issues since they were involved in the <br />background on the issues. <br />Chair Majerus noted that on the parking issue the City Council recommended that the Planning <br />Commission and Transportation Commission work on this item and suggested that the Executive <br />Director relay this message to the Chairs of those commissions. <br />b.Discussion of 2007 Work Plan and Priority Action Steps <br />Chair Majerus recommended that direction regarding the 2007 work plan be continued until staff <br />options have been determined. <br />c.Update on 2007 Home & Garden Fair <br />Chair Majerus noted that the sign up sheet for coverage of the Home & Garden Fair this Saturday <br />on February 24, 2007 is attached. Member Masche noted that he would move to the 2:00 p.m. <br />time to ensure full coverage. <br />d.Board & Staff Reports <br />Mr. Stark reported on the Disclosure of Financial Interest document that was mailed to all HRA <br />members and requested that the HRA members complete and return to City Hall. The document <br />is a requirement for all city officials and the HRA members are considered City Officials. <br />Mr. Stark mentioned that the single family lot split issue is being spearheaded by the Planning <br />Commission along with 4 outside resident members. The Planning Commission would also like <br />the involvement of the HRA on this study. Meetings will be held in March and April.
