HRA Meeting <br />Minutes – Monday, July 27, 2009 <br />Page 6 <br /> <br /> <br />Member Pust noted that work by the HRA would be required to recommend policy to the City <br />  <br />Council related to future HIA requests, with minimal funding expenditures. Member Pust <br /> <br /> <br />opined that the City Council should always remain open to new funding opportunities for the <br />  <br />common good; and that the HRA should continue to concentrate on funding in the context of <br /> <br />housing in order to become familiar with the products available in the marketplace. Member <br /> <br />Pust noted the expertise available by individual members of the HRA that was not evidenced <br /> <br />by individual Councilmembers. <br /> <br /> <br />9.Information Reports & Other Business (Verbal Reports by Staff and Board Members): <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />a. Joint HRA/City Council Meeting on July 27, 2009 <br /> <br />  <br />Mr. Trudgeon provided, as a bench handout, an outline of Chair Maschka’s discussion points <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />for the upcoming joint meeting with the HRA and City Council later this evening at the City <br /> <br />  <br />Council meeting. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />b. Har Mar Apartments Ground Breaking on August 6, 2009; 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />Ms. Kelsey announced the upcoming groundbreaking ceremony at Har Mar Apartments; and <br /> <br /> <br />the Mayor’s anticipated attendance; and encouraged individual HRA members to be present if <br /> <br /> <br />possible, to support the project, and in recognition of their work throughout this process. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />c.
