Roll Call <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Present: <br />Members Vicki Lee; Bill Majerus; Kelly Quam; Susan Elkins; and Chair Dean <br /> <br />  <br />Maschka; with Member Pust arriving at 6:12 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />  <br />Excused: <br />Member William Masche. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> Executive Director Pat Trudgeon; Housing Coordinator Jeanne Kelsey; and <br /> <br /> <br />Recording Secretary Sheila Stowell. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />4.Announcements, Agenda Adjustments, Correspondence, and Comments <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />a.Swear in HRA Members – Kelly Quam and Vicki Lee Approval of Minutes <br />  <br />New HRA Members were sworn in by Chair Maschka and welcomed aboard; with each sharing <br /> <br /> <br />brief comments about their expertise and interest in housing-related items. <br />  <br />  <br />3.
