However, motorists on the side-street approach of County
Road C2 at Cleveland Avenue will experience heavy delays during the p.m. peak hour. In
addition, the roundabouts on the new Twin Lakes Parkway will operate acceptably.
YEAR 2U1B BUILD CONDITIONS
To determine how well the proposed year 2011 roadway improvements will accommodate year
2016 build traffic forecasts, an operations analysis was conducted during the a.m. and p.m. peak
hours. As shown in Table 4, all key intersections will continue to operate at an acceptable
overall LOS D or better during the a.m. peak hour, with the recommended year 2011 roadway
improvements. However, only one out of seven key intersections will operate acceptably during
the p.m. peak hour, with the recommended year 2011 roadway improvements. Minor roadway
improvements will not have a great enough impact on the intersection operations to operate
acceptably. Therefore, internal roadway configuration 1 is not a feasible option under these
conditions.
