Note that land use <br />assumptions for subareas II and III, and tl~e remainder of subarea I was held constant. The Twin <br />Lakes AUAR Update scenario C has the potential to generate 4,734 trips during the p.m. peak <br />hour. A modified scenario C containing the land use assumptions presented in Table 2 will <br />generate 5,194 trips during the p.m. peak hour (4(0 more p.m. peak hour trips). <br />The Twin Lakes AUAR Update traffic analysis (p.tn. peak hour only) yielded an extensive list of <br />roadway improvement recommendations under year 2030 scenario C conditions. In order to <br />determine how the year 2030 scenario C roadway network will operate with the additional trips <br />generated by this updated development scenario, an operations analysis was conducted under <br />year 2030 build conditions. The analysis results shown in Table 7 indicate that two additional <br />intersections will operate unacceptably under year 2030 build conditions during the p.m. peak <br />hour, with the Twin Lakes AUAR Update scenario C recammended improvements and the <br />additional p.m. peak hour trips. <br />Table 7 <br />Year 2030 Build Conditions - P.M. This failure was well documented as part of the Tivin Lakes AUAR Update. The failure <br />of two additional intersections under year 2030 build conditions indicates that additional <br />improvements are necessary to obtain acceptable levels of service.
