Some of <br />the most common methods include general feedback, call logs, commissions and task forces, <br />community meetings, newsletters, website, mailings and Council meetings . <br />City staff decided to try a new method to solicit feedback. Using Audience Response counters, <br />participants anonymously responded to a. series of questions that required ayes/no answer or <br />which rated services.
