This was evaluated by Ramsey County in previous design and not included due to turn movement numbers. Would need a commitment by Ramsey County to reevu.luate and program. 7. Hamline Avenue (CSAH 50}ISnelling Avenue {TH 51). • Change stop sign to yield and add a merge lane for northbound traffic. Arden Hills would need to concuf° to request MnDot for this to be allowed. 8. County Road B2 (CSAH 78)/Lexington Avenue (CSAH 51} • Eastbound left-turn lane signage is confusing. This will be reviewed with Ramsey County. 9. Lydia Avenue/Snelling Avenue {TH S 1): • Improve and expand southbound. right-turn lane. This has been done. • Right-turn lane for westbound Lydia. This will need to be studied,for adequate room to add width and signal impacts. 10. County Road C2/Snelling Avenue {TH 51) • right-turn land for eastbound • County Raad C2- not under county jurisdiction. Tlie proposed changes could have impact on existing signal location. 11. Lexington Avenue {CSAH 51)/Woodhill Drive • Add merge signage. This intersection will be reviewed this Spring by staff for• possible signage/striping changes. 12. Lexington. Avenue {CSAH 51}/County Road B {CSAH 25). It was not clear what issues were of concern at this intersection. Left and right-turn lanes are in place on all approaches. It was surmised that there are concerns about the close proximity of some accesses to the intersection. 13. Lexington Avenue (CSAH 51/Larpenteur Avenue (CSAH 30) (added by county) • Add right turn lane for southbound traff c. A dedicated southbound right-turn lane was added to eliminate the pinch point south of intersection. 14. Unknown Location • The intersection at County Road B2 has already been restriped by the county and new east and west bound right turn lane signs have been installed (unhnotivn cross-street). 15. Not in Roseville • Snelling Avenue {TH 51)/Hoyt Avenue: concerns about the operation of this intersection are related to the traffic-actuated signal system that sometimes will stop Snelling Avenue traffic for a single vehicle on Hoyt Avenue
