We use this information to <br />develop capital improvement plans and consequently annual budget request in these areas. This <br />year's work plan includes the following projects: <br />• 2009 Mill and Overlay Project <br />• Roselawn Reconstruction <br />• Twin Lakes Phase I construction project <br />• Oxford/ Churchill Watermain replacement <br />• Sanitary Sewer lining <br />• Walsh Lake Subwatershed <br />Recommended Action: <br />Discuss 2009 Projects. <br />
