ORDINANCE NO. 1002 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br /> <br />5 <br />118908 <br />11/14/05 <br /> <br />license fees for single family or multi-family licensees that remain free of violations under <br />Section 3-28-10 herein. <br /> <br /> <br /> 3-28-9: CITY PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE: The City’s Property <br />Maintenance Code, the Uniform Building Code, and the Uniform Fire Code are, in their entirety, <br />except as modified or amended in the City Code, adopted by reference and are made a part of <br />this Code as if fully set out at length. <br /> <br /> <br /> 3-28-10 : VIOLATIONS BY PROPERTY OWNERS : <br /> <br /> A. VIOLATIONS . The following actions by Property Owners or License Holders <br />are subject to civil penalties, constitute the basis for revocation of licenses, may result in <br />injunctive action by the City and constitute cause to terminate participation in the STAR <br />Program which is further defined in Section 3-28-13 herein: <br /> <br /> 1. Leasing residential units without a license or units subject to license revocation. <br /> 2. Violation of the City Maintenance Code. <br /> 3. Violation of the UBC or IFC. <br />4. Commission of a felony related to the licensed activity by the Property Owner or <br />Manager. <br />5. Failure to take any action required by Section 3-28-11(B).
