<br />HRA Priority Action Steps - 2006 <br /> <br />Based upon the HRA 2006 Housing Plan, the following are priorities based <br />upon existing budgeted financial and staff resources. <br /> <br />_ Study and evaluate housing policies and programs and how they affect <br />Roseville’s neighborhoods and quality of life <br />_ Manage the implementation of a Single-Family Rental Licensing <br />Program to improve neighbor hood value and livability. <br />_ Continue to provide existing Housing services and Programs including <br />the Housing Resource Center Nort h Metro, Ownership Loan Program, <br />Family Affordable Housing Program and Housing Redesign Program <br />_ Increase awareness of HRA and it s programs through coordinated <br />marketing and collaboration. <br />_ Evaluate effectiveness and self su fficiency of the annual Roseville <br />Home & Garden Fair <br />_ Promote Family Ownership through the Senior Housing Regeneration <br />Program (SHRP) and identify new opportunities for collaboration. <br />_ Strengthen the city’s relationship wi th City Council, City Commissions, <br />School Districts, Local banks, realtors and non-profit service <br />_ Evaluate options for funding self-sufficiency and future financial <br />resources. <br />_ Provide Professional Development Opportunities for the HRA’s Board <br />of Commissioners and staff <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
