Roseville HRA Executive Director Quarterly Report <br />April-June 2006 <br /> <br /> <br />Executive Director 2 nd Quarter Highlights: <br /> <br />The second quarter of 2006 was spent on reviewing options for rental housing and the <br />establishment and coordination of the Citizen Advisory Group and meetings associated with that <br />process. In addition, 97 hours was spent on the HRA meetings and meeting preparation (report <br />preparation, research, phone calls, attending meetings). The HRA Executive Director also spent <br />44 hours on program administration with the preparation of one Housing Link, review of one <br />Housing Redesign Application, preparation of direct mail campaign for HRA loan programs and <br />modification of the Senior Housing Regeneration Program requirements. The HRA staff also held <br />additional meetings with proposed redeveloper for one of Roseville’s largest multi family housing <br />complexes and discussed public finance options for the renovation of a town home complex. <br />Staff facilitated three loan satisfactions.
