Also, the HRA <br />provides additional programs to encourag e families to stay and grow in the <br />community. The services of the HRC si nce 2000 have assisted 2,488 residential <br />property owners which have resulted in over $3.74 million in additional private <br />investment in Roseville homes througho ut the community. Many of these loan <br />dollars were leveraged with ot her bank or owner funding. <br /> <br />In the first half of 2006, participation in the HRC continues to increase with 260 <br />residents served with 448 different services . The technical visits remains a positive <br />assistance to residents with 126 home visits in the first half of 2006 compared to <br />106 in the first half of 2005. <br /> <br />The HRA launched a new loan program geared toward families which provides up <br />to $35,000 for families with incomes of 120% of median income or less.
