11 <br />Chair Majerus suggested that the legal fees incurre d to date as well as those under item 6.c. be <br />paid and no further fees be incurred until a policy is developed for repayment. <br /> <br />Motion: Member Kelsey moved, seconded by member Maschka to approve the <br />payment of legal fees in the amount of $8,258.81 as noted in item 6.c. as well as <br />fees incurred through October 17, 2006 and to direct staff to bring back a policy <br />for recovery of costs to review financ ial requests prior to incurring additional <br />fees. <br /> <br />Ayes: 4 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />b.
