A portion of <br />the loft structure may include potentially 47,000 sq. ft of main floor office and <br />including underground parking (2680 to 2690 Prior Avenue - PIK Terminal <br />property southwest of Langton Lake Park and north of Indian Head). <br /> Lot 4, Block 2 (4 acres): Potentially 70 units within 2 structures of multi-story <br />new urban flats, including underground parking (2680 to 2690 Prior Avenue - <br />PIK Terminal property south of Langton Lake Park and north of Twin Lakes <br />Corporate Center Phase 1). <br /> Lot 1, Block 3 (6 acres): Potentially 98 units within 8 structures of Vista town <br />homes (2785 Farview Avenue - Hagen). <br /> Lot 1, Block 4 (4 acres): Potentially 87,000 sq. ft. of office within 2 structures <br /> (2750 Cleveland Avenue - Old Dominion). <br /> Lot 2, Block 4 (4 acres): Potentially 86,400 sq. ft. of office within a single <br />structures and a 6,300 sq. ft. sit-down rest aurant (2700 Cleveland Avenue – Xtra <br />Lease). <br />2.4 This proposal consists of a total of 640 residential units of several different styles. <br />Currently proposed are housing styles including senior condominiums (240 units), loft <br />condominiums (134 units), vista town homes (140 units), new urban lofts (70 units), and <br />urban town homes (56 units). The proposal includes underground or tuck-under garages <br />from varying access points, all interior to the specific residential development. <br />2.5 The development agreement approved for the Twin Lakes Redevelopment Area requires <br />that the project provide at least 10% of the housing units as affordable to families at or <br />below 115% of the area median income. (Refer to attached portion of the development <br />agreement).
