Volunteer facilitators from organizations such as the LWV of RoMaFI-I or the school district will work with these subcommittees over their 3 -5 public meetings, and serve as neutral monitors for meetings to ensure that public input is open, inclusive, respected, and heard. Your RFP indicated "assistance as needed " for these Subcommitt will provide the necessary guidance and support for them to function relatively independently, and produce high quality draft reports that we will compile into the final report. We will help make the iong-, mid-, and short-term timeframes clear, and help ensure the Subcommittees focus on aspirational rather than operational goals.
